INSTALLATION

Determination of the base fixation point on the headboard:

Important !  Correct positioning of the base on the headboard is crítical for a good lamp performance. Please follow instructions carefully 

1.    Center the base on the crosspoint between the vertical drown by the pillow center and the horizontal by about 3"/ 7cm below its upper profile.

2.   Position the base horizontally whith the deeper part of the hole downwards; as aid for horizontal determination take the drills for screw insertion as reference.

- For headboard plastified finish: Clean surface and adhere self-adhesive provided at the     back of the base to the headboard, pressing on (or use the provided screws).
- For wooden headboard: perform two drills D2mm, H30mm, then, without peeling the    adhesive sheet off, screw the base on (or stick to).
-  For the bare wall: perform two drills on the wall D4mm, H40mm, then introduce
  provided plugs and screws.

When two lamps are installed and pillows are differents in thick, setting both bases to the lower high is recommended.  

3.    Tend on the base´s cable behind of the pillow, of the matress and the bedstand letting it to hang freely up to 20 cm above the floor curling the remaining up (preventing from interfere whith housekeeping). Once the adapter is plugged in, the lamp is ready for use.
Once installed, base and cable must be hidding when the bed is tidy.

User´s guide 

Nimblight^® lamp, has been specially designed to a laid in bed reader. In that sense it projects a its beam nearly perpendicular, coming from behind the eyes, so providing optimized lightening no matter the posture adopted for the lain in bed reader.
The book can be held up at eyes level, upper or lower, even up to be held up on the reader´s body. 

To start reading

Plug the connector in the base, until magnetic force couples both parts: then light is on. Once a reading posture is adopted, hold the focus with fingers.
Primary orient it by arm spinning-extending maneuvers until light is projected on the page.
Once on the page, make a fine focus tune by 3D movements of the focus around itself until beam is well on the text.

Shifting either body posture or book position 

Proceed as shown before to re-orient light.
Mentioned focuses spinning, extending and adjusting maneouvers can be performed simultaneously on a single continuous movement.    

Switching to "Not disturb" operation (only for Dual model) 

Push the switch at the rear of the Dual focus: then only the central led remains connected and a minimized, concentrated, beam is emmited.
The Start model shows the "Not disturb" function only; it is compatible with existing lamps.

Once the reading session is over

Pull out the lamp by its connector.
Put by the lamp aside the book on the bed table, waiting for a new reading session.
